Ordering & Production time

After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation by e-mail. Once your purchased item has been shipped you will receive an additional e-mail with a tracking number that corresponds with your order.
Note that all items are made to order, therefor there is a production timeframe of approximately two weeks for your. Possible delays might occur.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and iDEAL.

Refund & exchange policy

We make sure to describe and showcase the product as accurately as possible. If you feel like the information provided is not enough please get in touch with us, we will be happy to answer any of your questions. Nonetheless if you are unhappy with the product you've received you can request a return or exchange within 14 days after delivery. Reach out to us at info@toer.world.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products showing signs of use will not be considered for a refund and will be sent back. Please make sure to return the item in its original packaging including tags, damaged packages will not be accepted.

Local taxes and customs & duties are not refundable.

Defective items

All items are checked for quality during the process of making and again before shipping. In case you still find an inconsistency please contact Toër at info@toer.world.* Include the number of your order, name of the style in question and details of the deficiency with pictures.
*Note: all items can have small differences due to the hand made nature of the products.

Duties & Taxes

The prices are shown in Euros and include local VAT. Toër does not cover the cost of individual countries’ import sales taxes and it is not included in your shipping costs. Alls items are shipped from Amsterdam, NL.
